The Journey Begins in Paris
We meet in Paris to begin our Champagne and Faith adventure. We’ll start with a champagne reception and a gastonomic dinner experience before we travel to the Champagne region the following day. This gives us all a moment to orient to the time change, get to know one another and set the tone for our oenology and theology week together.
Vineyard Talks & Tours
What makes our tours unique is the opportunity to not just taste incredible Champagne but to walk the vineyards. This is where we take time to reflect and deeply study how wine making and particularly the process of champagne making, give us a launching pad to delve deeper into the scriptures to discover God’s role as the vinedresser, Christ’s role as the vine and our place and purpose as His branches.
Tastings & Fellowship
There is no better place to taste and experience Champagne than on the very terroir it is made. We visit the famous Champagne Houses, the innovative grower-producers and the cooperatives that are producing the best sparkling wine in the world. They share their expertise and experience in both oenology and viticulture as we also study the scriptures and enjoy meaningful discussions and Bible study.
